How does the PIN Genie® technology work?
Our patented PIN Genie® technology uses a rotating keypad that reshuffles the numbers after every use, making it impossible for onlookers to guess your code even if they watch you enter it.
What is the standard shipping timeframe for new orders?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental United States usually takes 3-5 business days via UPS or FedEx.
Are Lockly® smart locks compatible with my existing door?
Lockly® locks are designed to fit most standard doors with a thickness of 1 3/8" to 2". Our deadbolt and latch versions are compatible with standard borehole sizes of 2 1/8".
What is your return policy for electronic products?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product in its original packaging and condition for a full refund.
Do I need a hub to control my lock remotely?
While Bluetooth control is standard, remote access from anywhere requires the Lockly® Secure Link Wi-Fi Hub, which is included with 'Pro' models or sold separately.
What happens if the smart lock battery dies?
Lockly® smart locks feature a 9V battery backup terminal on the exterior. If the internal batteries fail, simply touch a 9V battery to the contact points to provide temporary power and enter your code.
